Meanings Behind a Company Logo: The ?

Every company has a reason for their logo — it is symbolic of who they are, it represents the characteristic of their culture, team, and leadership style. It is where they draw their values from.

And more importantly, it drives the very existence of their team.

Fullmoon’s logo is the wolf.

Being a true wolf means being a quiet warrior, a strong and silent one. A true wolf stands strong in a tough world that is ready to devour anyone and spit them out when they’re no longer useful. Yes, we live in a cruel world.

A true wolf stands strong for their beliefs amidst opposition on all sides.

They embody purposefulness, diligence, and an enormous desire to succeed exceptionally well.

In other words, it takes a lot to be a true wolf.

I wondered why it took me so long to build our team…after all, I failed miserably when I tried to build a remote team when I started Fullmoon 3 years ago.

Now, I know why! Because I wasn’t hiring wolves!

To know whether you have what it takes to be a true wolf, find out from the following 12 attributes a true wolf possesses.

12 Traits of You Must Have to Join our Our Pack

1. Wolves are brave. They embrace their uniqueness. They do not fear anything nor feel intimidated by everyone. It is very easy to feel intimidated when you feel inferior. Therefore, it is even more important for everyone on the team to understand that they are unique in their own strengths and focus on getting stronger every day. Our team stand for their beliefs even against everyone.

2. Wolves are fiercely savage. They protect their pack. They are savagely ferocious in the presence of a threat. Every one one the team is extremely protective of each other. Additionally, we are protective of our clients’ when it comes to the quality of work and how their brand is perceived. We watch out for one another with utmost zeal.

3. Wolves have a singular determination when it comes to achieving their goals. We are laser focused on objectives. We are in the hunt and ignore every reason to back out because nothing matters to us except for their determination to win. We are relentless and fully committed to achieve results our clients deserve.

4. Wolves are proud creatures. We learn from those better than them and stand firm against those who are lesser. We are strategic thinkers. We seek opportunities and know how to read our opponents and devise strategies to take them down. We are keen learners and fierce opponents.

5. Wolves are fiercely protective. We unconditionally protect our pack. When one of us is in trouble, the rest of us jump in to help. Our team have the instinct to protect their loved ones and turn savage when they are threatened. In our agency, we do not take threats lightly.

6. Wolves are excellent leaders. We follow rules and allow the alpha leader to lead their pack, protect the weaker ones, assign duties, nurture, and protect the young. In our agency, that means everyone looks to me to lead, but each person watches out for another and everyone plays an important role within our pack.

7. Wolves are true to their nature. Everyone on our team is steadfast in their own. As unapologetically creatures, wolves don’t desire to change just to conform and adapt to new circumstances. Instead, they choose to be true to themselves. That doesn’t mean we’re not able to pivot when the situation demands it. But we will change on our terms and do what’s best for our team and clients.

8. Wolves define their own freedom. This is 100% why the wolf is my spirit animal. They live in their own terms and defy being chained down or changed. Wolves choose to be their own master. To me, that’s accountability at its finest. Whether we succeed or fail, it is our own doing. And we will own up to it, embrace it, learn, and move on.

9. Wolves practice equality. Treat others how you want them to treat you. Wolves are fair creatures who are willing to give you respect when you give them yours. But be careful not to threaten their territory. But when you display even the faintest threat, we are prepared to unleash our savage nature against you.

10. Wolves are not merciful. They are ready to tear you into pieces when you aren’t on their side. If you have this trait, you are the kind who don’t give people second chances to mess up with you again. Some act of grievances cannot be forgiven. Throughout my career, I’ve been betrayed, cheated, slandered, and lied to. I will not be merciful to those people…they know who they are.

11. Wolves are never afraid to fare in the dark of night. We all have darkness in our lives. The list of negative energy is vast, but wolves do not hide and retreat into the darkness. As active creatures during the night, wolves make the darkness their ally. You are a wolf when you feel strong and empowered in the darkness of your life. The ability to seek and thrive in the darkest hours allows us to emerge stronger every single time.

12. Wolves are inherently loners. Though they live, move, and hunt in packs, deep inside, wolves are loners. That is how everyone in our pack thrive working remotely. They have their space, they are comfortable working autonomously and thriving. If you can live independently and see your own solitude in the midst of people, then you are a true wolf.
