FMDM is currently seeking a Digital Growth Manger to join our team.
For this specific hire, we are looking for someone with hands-on experience with social media and a firm understanding of account-based marketing (ABM), search engine optimization (SEO), and digital advertising.
The Inbound Marketer will be responsible to drive key customer business metrics including traffic, leads (MQLs and SQLs), revenue, and ROI. You will work with a team composed of a content strategist, writers, media buyers, and a client success manager.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up and managing client’s HubSpot/Marketing Automation and execute on strategy
- Delivering ROI through custom-built digital marketing strategies for your clients
- Working with a team of subject matter experts to complete advanced content deliverables
- Works with clients to establish appropriate benchmarks and KPIs (Reviewing and analyzing key data (analytics) and KPIs on a regular basis to generate insights)
- Identifies marketing solutions and ideas to meet and exceed these goals by building structured quarterly marketing campaigns and lead nurturing workflows for each client
- Runs constant, iterative tests to reach peak performance using lead scoring for optimal SQLs
- Provides clients data-driven, strategic performance updates with recommendations for future testing
- Constantly looking for ways to improve performance across all marketing channels and tactics
- Understands and communicates natively with experts in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Paid Search, Paid Social, Paid Display, CRM, Marketing Automation, Organic Social, and more
- Maintains a strong depth of knowledge in acquisition marketing and marketing automation
- Researches and writes quarterly marketing plans for each client
- Develop full knowledge of all factors (internal and external/market) affecting the client’s marketing goals and plans, as well as full knowledge of the evolving practice of – and tactics associated with – inbound marketing
- Possess an understanding of target audience media consumption patterns that may impact the design and implementation of strategic and tactical marketing plan elements
- Participate in the development and agreement of measurement/success criteria for plan and program evaluation ensuring objectives and measurement benchmarks are clearly defined
- Establish closed-loop analytics with clients to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers
- Provide continuous education on HubSpot and our services along with a clear roadmap and benefits
Qualifications:
- To excel as a Digital Marketing Strategist, you must have a well-rounded knowledge of the Web, familiarity with search engines, social media, programmatic, a strong knowledge of web analytics, and an understanding of digital marketing principles
- Expert in end-to-end inbound marketing, including HubSpot’s smart content, smart lists, and other lifecycle stage optimization tactics
- Strong knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and/or conversion rate optimization
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and data-driven data analysis
- Experience working with e-commerce websites and clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and balance multiple high-stakes projects
- HubSpot certifications
- Strong knowledge of web analytics such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Knowledge of fundamental web design concepts, practices, and procedures
- Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Prior agency, client facing, or consulting experience
