Behind the Screens: Let’s Hear it for Our Paid Media Mastermind
This month our spotlight is shining bright on our Google Guru, Wes Musgrove. Wes is the embodiment of dedication, loyalty, and hard work. As our Paid Media Specialist, he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that our clients’ campaigns are running smoothly and driving results.
But his talents don’t stop there. He’s also taken on several internal projects to help our small but mighty team grow, including serving on our hiring committee and contributing to our overall company strategy. Additionally, Wes has taken on the challenge of designing and implementing our company’s new website, bringing his keen eye for design and technical expertise to the table. (Keep your eyes peeled for the upcoming launch!?) Above all, Wes is an outstanding team player, generously sharing his knowledge and experience with colleagues.
“Wes is the best thing since sliced bread.”
Charles McDonald, Senior Client Success Manager
Outside of work, Wes is a talented photographer and videographer who has a passion for hiking and exploring the great outdoors. He has a natural ability to capture the beauty of landscapes, residential architecture, action, people, and animals through his lens, and his adventurous spirit inspires us all.

Inside the Mind of Our Advertising Ace: Core Values that Drive Success, Career Tips, and Wanderlust Dreams
Which company values resonate with you the most?
The thing I like most about Fullmoon, is that we are furiously independent and our goal is to make an impact and not just make noise. We can be flexible, We can be bold and we can get it done.
I like that we are a collection of quirky individuals and not your typical agency drones condemned to work out of cubicles. I like that I can have an impact and grow with the company. I’m currently working on expanding agency services to include a video program. I would never have had this opportunity at a larger company.
What is the best advice you could give someone who just started their career?
Don’t settle for easy answers, get your hands dirty and question everything. Far too often people settle for easy answers because they fear risk or they fear what they do not yet know because it might disrupt their confidence in what they already know. When you practice reaching a result, you tinker, try, and change until you reach the result. A theory is fragile if it’s not directly informed by practice. It does not leave space for tinkering and becomes invalidated as soon as it does not yield the promised results. You need to be able to play with ambiguity, not run from it.
“We don’t put theories into practice. We create theories out of practice.”
Nassim Taleb
Where in the world are you hoping to travel next?
This summer I plan to hike the Wind River Range and next year hopefully climb Mont Blanc in the French/Italian alps.
With Wes on our side, the sky’s the limit. We’re eager to see the innovative heights he’ll help us reach. ?
