Our Not-So-Secret Weapon: Nik, the Senior Digital Strategist with a Heart of Gold

We couldn’t think of a better day to show some love to our deserving Senior Digital Strategist. Nik’s passion for creativity and eye for data-driven insights is the reason why our clients’ campaigns soar to new heights and our team’s love for innovation never fades. Since freshly joining the pack only 4 months ago, it became clear that Nik’s always been the missing piece to our digital puzzle. The impact she’s made in such a short amount of time is truly unmatched and we can’t wait to see all the amazing things she’ll achieve by the time this post is published. ?

“After freelancing and working for myself for some time, I was drawn to Fullmoon’s mission to do good work and maintain an even better work environment. Hiring Managers can overpromise during the interview phase but so far working with the Fullmoon team has been the best part of everyday.

I also love the challenge of transforming into an agency that can adapt to any moment or economic climate.”

  1. Nik is the Co-founder and Chief Experience Officer (CXO) of The Well Work, a community-rooted organization committed to providing access to funding, growth, and opportunities for Black women-owned businesses. Just last year, The Well Work hosted workshops, panels, and master classes at national conferences, improved work environments for marginalized folks through DEI efforts, placed hundreds of Black professionals in a variety of contract and full-time positions, and so much more

  2. Familiar with Survey, the enterprise self-service platform for hospitality? Well our very own Nik led the launch of contactless eCommerce ordering at most major airports across the USA, UK, Australia, and Dubai.

  3. Nik quickly created FMDM Ladies in order to bring together the women of our pack. Here’s what she has to say about this initiative:
“Wherever I am in life, it’s always been important for me to create a safe space for people to feel safe, seen, and supported. I created FMDM Ladies because, despite system barriers, I’ve been able to create a career I love and work I enjoy. Much of what I know about life I’ve learned from other women who took the time to help me, advocate for me or just make me smile. My goal is to create a space for the smart, creative and endlessly funny women of FMDM to connect and grow together.”
  4. If Nik wasn’t slaying it in her digital strategist role and beyond, she’d be running a charming farm-to-table restaurant and cafe. Of course she would!

  5. Loc Le, our VP of Strategy attests to her remarkable talent for proactively becoming a subject matter expert. We’re always ahead of the game when it comes to the latest industry trends and techniques. Whether it’s diving into data analysis or exploring new technologies, Nik always finds a way to add value to our clients’ digital strategies.
“With a woman leader on our team, she brings a unique perspective to the table that Derek and I may have otherwise overlooked.”
Loc Le, VP of Strategy
