FMDM is seeking a Digital Analyst to support our growing agency’s needs. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing organic and paid social media posts for our portfolio of lead generation clients.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst with proven experience to develop and implement different digital Marketing strategies using data-oriented approaches, to join our Marketing & Communication Team and help spearhead our growth.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of analytics, a willingness to work within a remote team and varied hours and a passion for digital marketing.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
– Manage set up, configuration, and maintenance of Google Analytics, Google DataStudio, Google Tag Manager
– Ensure accuracy of data collected in analytics
– Review tagging methodology and improve where necessary
– Own Tag Manager implementation via Google Tag Manager
– Set up custom events, enhanced eCommerce, Facebook custom events set up
– Maintain and continue improving Data Layer
– Ensure scalability of tagging and consistency across client sites
– Ensure tagging integrity
– Provide insights into funnel analysis, product performance, and improve overall client KPIs

- Highly motivated self-starter, with demonstrated history of taking initiative, being adaptive in a fast-changing environment, and working independently
- Strong ability to multi-task and manage time in a detail oriented environment
- Follow up skills and acute attention to accuracy and detail are essential
Desired Requirements
- Advanced competency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with web programming (HTML, CSS, JS)
- Experience with database management (SQL, Data Schemas, Relational Databases)
- Demonstrated understanding of channel operations, execution, and economics
- Demonstrated understanding of retail as it pertains to eCommerce
