Client Success Manager (CSM)

FMDM is a digital marketing agency specializing in SEM, Paid Search, SEO, Social Media Advertising and Search Marketing Consultancy.

As a Client Success Manager for our clients, you’ll work closely with internal and external partners, delivering a broad range of digital marketing services. You’ll work closely with our client, and ensure and improve the performance, productivity, efficiencies in the creation and deployment of that client’s campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of Display programmatic required
  • Strong Understanding of SEM Preferred
  • Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies
  • Oversee campaign pacing and performance
  • Optimize media for top performance results
  • Communicate campaign goals/status directly with client and internal Account Managers
  • Generate campaign reporting and analytics
  • Work in a fast paced environment.

THE ROLE:

  • Client Service and Communication -Serve as a regular point of contact for clients’ strategic and account questions, lead weekly client calls, send account reporting and handle resulting follow-up questions and communications. Lead challenging client situations with guidance from Associate Director. Provide unsurpassed client service, develop and cultivate excellent client relationships. Maintain very high client satisfaction and retention rates with a Net Promoter score of 8+.
  • Account Strategy –Lead successful client programs by developing effective strategies and tactical plans for achieving client goals. Provide innovative and creative new ideas to drive the overall program strategy. Serve as the go-to resource for client’s product and process knowledge and collaborate with team mates to help them the deliver best possible service experience for the client.
  • Strategy & Execution –Execute effective affiliate recruitment, activation and optimization strategies that align with the goals of the client. Perform general account management and monitor for fraud and affiliate compliance.
  • Reporting and Analysis -Provide clients with regular reporting, analyze data to find opportunities and identify issues. Develop strategic program plans and present resulting data-driven insights and recommendations to clients.
  • New Opportunities -Acts on relevant publisher development opportunities presented by publisher development team to approve and activate new publisher opportunities in client programs. Able to think outside of the box to present new and interesting opportunities to clients.
  • You have a strong understanding of marketing and content development in order to help our clients clarify their message and convert leads into customers.
  • You have experience with crafting content and understanding the cultures of audiences on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok.
  • You have the ability to turn the client’s goals and our own user research into messaging and building marketing plans.
  • You have experience deploying a budget against a wide array of marketing channels while experimenting across new and existing channels.
  • You have strong analytical skills and an ability to create valuable reports to drive KPIs (via Google Analytics and social media channels), interpret what the data means, and recommend which actions to take for continuous improvement.
  • Experience managing paid advertising budgets and executing campaigns with Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok.

BEST CANDIDATES WILL HAVE

  • Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
  • BA degree coupled with 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, account management or related customer service position a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
  • A high level of professionalism and positive work behavior.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high energy, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Required to work cross-functionally within the organization and with external clients
  • Self-directed and proven ability to work independently
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Deep customer empathy.
  • Ability to have difficult conversations with customers.
  • Be familiar with Google Analytics, PPC, SEO, and various social media branding/marketing solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.

Job Type: Contract to Full-time

Salary: $42,000 – $50,000 per year
