Analytics Strategy Consultant (Remote)

FMDM is currently seeking an Analytics Strategy Consultant to join our team.

We are actively seeking an Analytics Strategy Consultant who can contribute recommendations directly to our clients and walks clients through Analytics data via web meetings. This client-facing role will help organizations capture data and turn insights into actionable recommendations to achieve their analytics and business goals. As the Analytics Strategist, you are responsible for configuring Analytics tools, developing documentation, and delivering performance tracking reports.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Set up Analytics tools including Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics to measure, monitor, and provide insight into user behavior and engagement.
  • Provides prompt and accurate responses to ad-hoc client requests regarding site analytics to answer business questions.
  • Provide training to clients on best practices and how to gain value from their data to drive action.
  • Maintain client documentation that reflects their usage of data and tools within the organization.
  • Recommend metrics and best practices for the measurement of omnichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Executes reporting and analytic tasks in support of other team members (internal and external).
  • Provide support for various audits (e.g. analytics, content, technical, etc.)

Desired Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of digital marketing and digital analytics experience in an agency or consulting role.
  • Fundamental knowledge of digital analytics methodologies with hands-on experience in digital analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and time management skills; must enjoy collaborating with designers, online marketers, programmers, and clients.
  • 1+ years’ experience in digital analytics methodologies such as audience segmentation analysis, experimentation, and testing, competitive analysis, surveys or market research.
  • Experience using one or more digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or other industry-standard analytics tools).
  • Analyze, interpret, draw conclusions and summarize information, and present conclusions in written or verbal communications.
  • Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics certification preferred.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Google Data Studio or Adobe Analysis Workspace.
