The Challenge
The Momentary had aggressive ticket sales goals for upcoming live concerts. Target ticket sales goal was set to sell out the concerts and draw a large crowd. There were multiple objectives for the campaign – build awareness of the venue, sellout concert tickets, and increase membership.
Putting Media Strategy to Work…
We put together a cross-channel plan:
- Targeting feeder cities and states around Bentonville, AR was critical to increase awareness of our venue, events, and concerts.
- Amplified concert ticket sales through Meta Dark Ads to leverage artists Facebook pages, fans, and followers.
- We built audiences that are specifically interested concerts, live events, outdoor enthusiasts, and included artists fans where applicable.
- This focus pushed the creative strategy forward, which reinforced our message across all channels and tactics including paid search, YouTube video ads, programmatic display, digital banner ads and organic social media.
- We executed a full funnel campaign strategy – maximizing reach (CPM), video views (VTR), and retargeting (CPC) to achieve our campaign goals.
Outcome
Ticket sales exceeded goal and outpaced estimates set for many of the concerts through the series.
