Fullmoon Digital is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify and qualify new prospects and future customers.

THE DAY TO DAY
- Utilize cold calling, social engagement and email prospecting
- Develop and prospect your own outbound pipeline to generate qualified net new business opportunities
- Prospect new business opportunities in the eCommerce space
- Identify key decision makers to engage in lead discussions
- Achieve specific daily, month and quarterly metrics
- Use a variety of methods (Email, phone, social media) to engage prospects, users and decision makers
- Achieve weekly and monthly quotas + daily KPI’s of a minimum of 50 calls per day
- Hit or exceed monthly/quarterly qualified lead goals
- Set up calls with prospects and organize phone meetings
- Embody the Fullmoon Digital brand of research first selling

- Desire to cold call and prospect, while self-generating opportunities
- Demonstrate that you’ll be able to thrive in a startup environment
- Resourceful, driven and a results oriented professional
- Must be able to work independently, solution-minded, driven, motivated, team oriented, dynamic positive attitude, self-starter and knowledgeable regarding internet marketing
- Previous experience working remotely is a plus
- Excellent teamwork skills
