So many of us are stuck in a rut.
We do the same things every day/week/year and eventually become robotic.
We wake up, go to work, come home, sleep…then we rinse and repeat that 5 days a week.
This is because we’re creatures of habits. Learning to do something fulfilling is simple once you discover what it is.
But it is not going to be easy. You see, it takes days to develop a habit.
And many give up – not because they lack the skills, it’s because they have no motivation.
The habit itself, the repetitive actions are simple. But to do it consecutively for days/weeks/years requires you to change the way you think and how you perceive the world.
Occasionally, your life will have to do a complete 180 before your new habits become a part of your life, for the better.
