Content Marketing Specialist

If you live and breathe content and writing, we need to talk. We’re looking for a flexible and versatile content marketer to join our small but agile team. We are looking for someone who loves generating great content, but also happens to be obsessed with SEO, conversion rates, and building awareness across owned channels. If you love researching, writing, editing, and amplifying stories through a compelling website experience, have an eye for top-quality B2B marketing content, and a data-driven mindset to help connect content strategy to business results, please keep reading!

THE ROLE:

  • Write, edit and post blog articles, social media content, press releases, news items, and internal newsletters using distinct firm voice and branded graphics to maintain brand integrity and message consistency.
  • Create the framework for planning, writing, editing, producing, & distributing all formats of content to scale quickly & efficiently
  • Develop & implement effective SEO & content strategies to drive, engage, & convert qualified traffic on Fullmoondigital.com
  • Create & execute against an editorial calendar & persona-based content map aligned to buying stages to support all go-to-market strategies
  • Lead our brand awareness / interest-driving content efforts (e.g. top of funnel), by collaborating with freelance writers, designers, sales professionals, customers, and industry experts to scope and produce compelling, search-optimized content for our blog, website, landing pages, social media channels, online profiles, etc.
  • Develop new & interesting forms of content to engage audiences across the buyer journey
  • Part of team responsible for developing and implementing the firm’s website, SEO, social media, and other digital communication strategies.
  • Monitor firm’s social media to flag for any reputational issues; potential lead generation activity; and monitor and assess competitors’ digital presence within legal marketing to stay abreast of trends.
  • Analyze the firm’s KPIs, and create visual reports which are easily digestible and actionable for internal stakeholders.
  • Identify ways to improve and distribute content through existing or new channels to strengthen relationships with clients/prospects and other key external audiences.
  • Manage editorial calendars related to the Marketing Communications function to ensure stakeholders follow through on agreed-upon deliverables.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Proven time management skills
