FMDM is searching for a Creative Design Specialist.
Job Responsibilities:
- Associate’s degree or two years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or similar graphic design software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative and innovative aptitude
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance
- Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively in writing, graphics, and media
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team
- Self-motivated, resourceful and adaptable
Desired Qualifications:
- Possess a solid understanding of design principles, printing procedures, photography, video, and illustration
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Experience with Html/CSS a plus
- A self-starter who knows what needs to be done and operates with urgency, focus and discipline
- Uses tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with the public
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal
- Strong team player who can build strong relationships within all levels of the organization
- Able to work on many projects simultaneously and be detail-oriented
