Paid Social Marketing Manager

FMDM is seeking a Paid Social Marketing Manager to support our growing agency’s business needs. In this role, the Paid Social Media Specialist will drive paid social media execution and optimizations for FMDM’s clients on a daily basis. This includes managing the paid social budget, creating campaigns and campaign structures, optimizing all ad types i.e. banner and video, and coordinating the creation of paid media campaigns and ads across all channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. 

The role involves strategic development and management of social media campaigns and implementation and monitoring of these initiatives in order to help our clients build their brands and motivate customers to transact leads online.

You will lead all social media marketing programs and continually improve upon the performance of initiative.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of analytics, a willingness to work within a remote team and varied hours and a passion for digital marketing.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Develop the overarching strategy for social media posts with a focus on driving positive sentiment, conversions online, return on ad spend and new customer acquisition, as well as other key KPIs specific to each brand
  • Ability to serve as paid social media subject matter expert across Meta, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter LinkedIn, Pinterest
  • Manage client campaigns to budget, structure, and optimize global media campaigns based on ROAS and target CPAs
  • If you love building campaigns, testing audiences, A/B testing ads, and pushing beyond the norm, then this is for you!
  • Lead campaign execution across channels, including ad configuration, defining target segments, asset maintenance, and creating tracking tags
  • Have experience managing campaigns using social media marketing tools like AdEspresso, Hootsuite, Qwaya, etc.
  • Plan, execute, analyze and optimize paid campaigns for account growth and activation of related products and experiences.
  • Research and analyze social media landscape, and report on key metrics and trends in order to present actionable insights.
  • Identify and communicate potential opportunities to make a market impact which will grow channel strength and/or drive consumer purchase behavior.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conceive, develop, evangelize, and execute social media strategies.
  • Develop content guidelines, examples, and editorial calendars.
  • Work with content and design teams to create content for social initiatives, leveraging internal and sometimes external personnel.
  • Develop guidelines and strategies for engaging with consumers (including prospective partners, kids, and parents).
  • Help manage personnel and processes related to customer support.
  • Develop and implement influencer outreach programs and coordinate influencer relationships.
  • Work with management to establish KPIs.
  • Be the social media center of excellence, helping to educate and elevate proficiency across the organization.

  • Highly motivated self-starter, with demonstrated history of taking initiative, being adaptive in a fast-changing environment, and working independently
  • Strong ability to multi-task and manage time in a detail oriented environment
  • Follow up skills and acute attention to accuracy and detail are essential
