Affiliate Marketing Manager

Fullmoon Digital is seeking an affiliate marketing coordinator to establish and foster relationships with affiliates and serve as the bridge between the those affiliates and the commerce editorial team.

Main responsibilities will be:

  • Outreach – You’ll be reaching out to potential partners on a daily basis, convincing them to join our affiliate program
  • Performance Improvement – You’ll help existing partners improve their performance through suggestions, product updates, and sharing content
  • Customer Service – You’ll take ownership of any commercial, operational and technical issues with partners
  • Accounting – You’ll be responsible to monitor and report on the results and profitability of the affiliate program and have the commercial skills to identify opportunities
  • Program Development – You’ll further develop the overall affiliate strategy and incentive/rewards program ensuring the program continues to evolve and remain competitive
  • Maintain open communication with all affiliates on the day-to-day issues.
  • Develop business strategies to improve affiliate program.
  • Stay current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities.
  • Communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities.

BEST CANDIDATES WILL HAVE

  • Self starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Experience in a similar role (affiliate manager / sales / partnerships)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Desire to cold call and prospect, while self-generating opportunities
  • Demonstrate that you’ll be able to thrive in a startup environment
  • Resourceful, driven and a results oriented professional
  • Must be able to work independently, solution-minded, driven, motivated, team oriented, dynamic positive attitude, self-starter and knowledgeable regarding internet marketing
  • Previous experience working remotely is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or marketing preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of related financial services experience required (private equity, or investment management a plus)
  • Highly motivated self-starter, with demonstrated history of taking initiative, being adaptive in a fast-changing environment, and working independently
  • Strong ability to multi-task and manage time in a detail oriented environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (writing sample requested)
  • Follow up skills and acute attention to accuracy and detail are essential

In the first week, expect to:

  • Onboard and integrate into Fullmoon Digital – meet with the pack you will be working with.
  • Work closely with the team to get a fundamental understanding of the teams, product, and business operations.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to dive deep into our history, assets, roadmap, and unexplored opportunities that you will be able to lead.

In the first month, expect to:

  • Review and become familiar with current tactics.
  • Take over client Affiliate account management.

In the first three months, expect to:

  • Take our accounts to the next level. Whatever we initially thought was going to be the best way to do things, you will reshape it.
  • We expect you to challenge how we do things and take them from good to great.

In the first six months, expect to:

  • Be able to show significant progress – and ideally results of your budget deployments. We want you to be able to show our CEO how much you have achieved in six months.
