Unveiling Leah: The Maestro of Client Happiness
Leah’s unmatched commitment to staying informed, building relationships, reducing churn, and ensuring unparalleled client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment truly sets her apart. But her journey to becoming an integral part of the Fullmoon team took an unexpected turn.
When the pandemic struck, Leah was in the midst of pursuing her Mental Health Counselor degree and licensing. However, circumstances forced her to put her plans on hold. As she found herself stranded in Florida after visiting family, unable to return to New York due to the global shutdown, Leah faced a challenging road ahead.
Undeterred, Leah decided to seize the opportunity to further her education. She embarked on a remarkable path, pursuing an MBA from Capella University. Through sheer determination and perseverance, she honed her skills and knowledge, positioning herself for success.
Now, Leah’s expertise and dedication are valued assets to the Fullmoon team. Her journey from a stalled counseling career to a thriving role in customer success is a testament to her resilience and adaptability. We are delighted to have Leah on board, bringing her unique talents and unwavering passion to the team, making Fullmoon shine brighter than ever.
Leah’s genuine nature and acuity have made a great impact on our team. Leah consistently brings insightful perspectives to our discussions and her dedication to Fullmoon has truly made a difference. We’re lucky to have her.

Learn About Leah Beyond the Call of Duty
Can you tell us a few details about your favorite part of your job?
I like organizing. So I really get to lean into the organization of things (and people lol) so making sure deadlines are met and that projects are delivered is a bit of fun.
How has your career grown since working at Fullmoon?
My career has probably doubled. This was not the path I intended so I basically started from square one. Still lots to learn but I’ve absorbed a lot over the time I’ve worked with Fullmoon.
What is something unique about you that most people aren’t aware of?
I don’t know how unique it really is, but I started playing violin at age 3 and by the time I was 10 I was 1st violin 1st chair in our town’s orchestra.
If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do?
Nothing cool or fun, I’d probably just wipe out my student loan debt. (Very responsible of you, Leah!)
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Leah for her exceptional dedication and hard work, and we consider ourselves truly fortunate to have her as an invaluable member of our team. Thank you, Leah!🧡
