Fullmoon’s Employee Spotlight Series: Lauren Fredericks

We’re proud to introduce Lauren Fredericks as an exclusive member of our Employee Spotlight Series for the month of August! Located in the greater Ocala area, Lauren brings her creative spirit and digital expertise to Fullmoon Digital Marketing as our Paid Social Media Specialist. When she’s not wowing us with her skills in developing social strategies and managing ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, you might catch Lauren flexing her musical talents. Her incredible musical talents as a singer and guitarist prove she could totally go solo, but we’re grateful she chooses to gift her skills to our clients’ success instead.

Lauren develops comprehensive social media and paid ad strategies tailored to each client’s goals, with a focus on driving positive engagement, conversions, and ROI. Her deep knowledge across social platforms allows her to optimize campaigns and provide subject matter expertise. She manages campaign execution seamlessly, configuring ads, defining target segments, maintaining assets, and implementing tracking.

Lauren’s analytical skills enable her to plan campaigns, analyze performance, and continuously optimize based on results and insights. Her passion for understanding the social landscape allows her to spot key trends and metrics to present actionable recommendations. We’re fortunate to have someone with Lauren’s strategic mindset, creative flair, and dedication to clients on our team.

Lauren is a great co worker and a good friend! She is super helpful and makes things look very easy no matter how complicated they are! It’s just amazing to see how she has been handling the whole social department on her own.
Sarthak Babbar, Paid Media Specialist

Lauren is a great person to work with and her social media magic never ceases to impress me. She really sweats the details to make sure our campaigns are dialed in. Lauren is always studying the latest trends and best practices, but she isn’t afraid to take risks and try something new if the data backs it up. I’m really grateful to collaborate with such a talented go-getter who sets the bar high and makes work so enjoyable.

Peek Into Lauren’s Life In and Out of the Office

What’s the most unexpected lesson you’ve learned from your time here?
I’ve learned that we should work to live, not live to work.

What would you do for a career if you weren’t doing this?
I’d probably be working at a bookstore or a coffee shop. In an ideal world I’d own the bookstore or the coffee shop.

What keeps you busy outside of work?
I enjoy visiting new coffee shops and bookstores with my husband, I read a lot, I help my dad with his cattle business, I lift weights, and I sing and play guitar.
